Mimi – Silk Scarf

Mimi scarf is named after my dear friend, who I met when we were exhibiting together.

We discovered that we had so much in common and had even lived in Paris at the same time many years ago.

The painting for this silk scarf was first sketched whilst in Paris during my visit to Museee d’Orsay; the image was a view from the main window looking directly across to the Sacre Ceour and was finally painted in oils in my studio.
